How does it work? - It's very simple. we drive around and pick up a group of dogs then take them to a park & let them frolic off leash for an hour before dropping them off again.
Do you need access to my place? - yes. most people give us keys but some people choose to leave a lockbox with a key inside which is also absolutely fine.
How long are the walks? - the walks are an hour at the park, plus pick up & drop off.
do i need to book weekly walks? -yes. unfortunately we don't take on one off walks. it need to be a recurring booking where we see your dog at least once every week. this is so we can get your dog into a routine and it also means we don't end up with 10000 dogs on our books!
How do I pay? - we will send an invoice on a Friday evening and you just send money over within a week.
what happens if it's raining? - we'll still be out! we walk in all weather unless it's super hot or a crazy storm. typically the dogs enjoy it more when the weather is worse (even if we don't)
Are you insured? - yes!
can I meet you before we start walks? - we always do a meet & greet before starting walks. it's good to get to know each other a week bit & have a chat.
will i see updates? - yes absolutely. just follow our Instagram of Facebook.
what areas do you cover? - we cover Coogee, Randwick, Kensington, Kingsford, Rosebery, Zetland, Waterloo & Alexandria. if you live close to one of these suburbs then we might be able to make it work! just ask.
